Lords of Doom Rules and Regulations.

1. There will be no begging by any member be they officer or standard member. Begging is only related to gold or items. It will not be considered begging if a member asks for help with a quest or mission. It is even fine to publicly (as in Guild Chat) ask if anyone can help you in covering the cost of armor or items. It WILL BE considered begging if you ask for either of these things more than once.

2. There will be no public (as in Guild Chat or on the forums) slandering or degrading of any member by another member. In this same regulation it will also be considered a violation if any member ridicules or disgraces another member in open guild wars chat. Any member logging this complaint will be required to present proof of such an offense by way of a screenshot or two corroborating witnesses. ALL members regardless of rank will treat each other with respect at all times. Joking is fine, just know when to quit.

3. There will be no tolerance for bringing bad business or enmity from a previous guild to this guild. This will only be a violation if presented in OUR guild chat. Presented being an argument between members over business, which occurred in a previous guild that one or both members may have belonged to prior to joining The Lords of Doom.

4. There will be NO tolerance for any Scamming of other guild wars players or Guild members. Under the same regulation there will be NO tolerance for the HACKING of Guild wars in any form.

5. If at any point a member is warned (by an officer or Captain Herbalife) to stop any questionable activity, that member will be expected to comply. Such warnings will be in the form of a PM. If warned for the same offense a second time, it will be a warning in GUILD CHAT. There will be no third warning. The third offense will result in removal from the guild.

6. Any member who feels that they have been singled-out or unjustly found guilty of an offense can file a grievance with any officer or Captain Herbalife. They will be taken into consideration by the entire governing staff and a majority-based decision must be reached in order for the original decision or action to be overturned.

SPECIAL NOTE: Any violation of the listed offenses may result in that member being put on
                             i. Probationary status or possible removal from the guild. These rules may be
                             ii. Amended ,by the suggestion of members, if the officers and Captain Herbalife
                             iii. Unanimously agree to the change. Any removal or action taken on a violating
                             iv. Member must be agreed upon by a majority of the officers and Captain Herbalife.


Guidelines for Officer appointment consideration.

  • First off there must be a need for a new officer to be appointed, as in higher numbers of recruits.
  • The members holding officer rank at the time of choosing will choose all new officers.
  • Officers will not be expected to be logged on daily as we are a PVE guild, however no officer will retain officer status if not logged on for at least a period of 2 or more hours twice a week. This may be overridden if prior notice of long-term absence is given to another officer or Captain Herbalife.
  • All officers will be expected to help other members whenever possible. It is not acceptable to ignore a member's request for help when you are farming or some other postpone-able activity. If an officer is already in a farming run this regulation is void as some of the farming runs take anywhere from 1 - 3 hours.
